The deadline for Estonian companies to submit their annual report

In Estonia, companies must submit their annual reports within six months after the end of their financial year. For companies operating on a calendar year (ending December 31), the deadline for submission is June 30 of the following year. If a company’s financial year ends on a different date, the report must be submitted six months after that date.

As of 1 January 2010 it is mandatory to submit annual reports electronically through the Business Register e-accounting system.
