Submitting an annual report is the duty of every Estonian company

Submitting an annual report to the Business Register in time is mandatory for every Estonian company even if the company has not engaged in any business activities during the year.

Late submission of the report may result in fines and the company may ultimately be removed from the Business Register. Before this happens, the court will send you a notice via email with a new deadline for submission. For this, you need to have your official and active company email registered in the Business Register.
