If the annual report is not submitted on time

Failing to submit the annual report on time can lead to several repercussions:

Authorities can impose fines on both the company and its representatives. Specifically, your company may face fines ranging from 200 EUR to 3000 EUR if the annual report is not filed by the deadline.

Moreover, there is a possibility that your company could be removed from the register. Before this occurs, the court will send you a notification via email with a new submission deadline. To receive this notice your official and active company email must be registered in the Business Register.

If you do not meet this new deadline and continue to neglect the preparation and submission of the annual report, the Business Register may proceed to dissolve your company.
