Increase and decrease of share capital
Filing new articles of association
The only thing you can’t do is register a new company.
How it works
To file registry amendments, you typically need:

Application for filing registry amendments
Upon your request, we evaluate the required documents and prepare them in Estonian/English for digital signatures by the shareholders and/or board members.
After documents are signed, you can submit them to the registry.
We also provide related advice and guidance when needed.
Service fee
Depending of the task the service cost is usually 120 - 500 EUR.
All prices are given ex VAT. VAT will be added depending on the payer’s details.
All prices include a reasonable amount of jobs related to the preparation of documents and guidance.
In case of a significant unexpected additional job, the service provider has the right to charge for it additionally.
