What is the length of the financial year of Estonian Companies?

The financial year for Estonian companies is usually 12 months long. It typically corresponds to the calendar year (1 January to 31 December), but companies can choose a different 12-month period in their articles of association. As an exception, the financial year can be up to 18 months long in cases such as company formation, liquidation, or changes to the financial year start date.
