How to change an Estonian Company's business activity in the Business Register?

The only way to modify a company's business activities in the Business Register is through the annual report. To have specific activities displayed publicly in your company's registry data, list them in your annual report.

Business activities can be updated even if the company has conducted no actual operations.

If you have already submitted an annual report, you can prepare and submit a revised report for the same period with updated activities. The previously submitted report will be marked as "Expired" in the public records.
