Bulgarian - Estonian certified translations for the Business Register

If you need to translate documents from Bulgarian to Estonian for the Estonian Business Register, you need to know the following:

Estonian Business Register requirements

For an Estonian company to file Business Register amendments, all documents must be in Estonian. These documents are usually:

• Shareholder decision

• Application to the Business Register

• Power of attorney

If the Estonian company shareholder is a Bulgarian company, the company registry card (extract) must also be translated into Estonian.

Documents certified in Bulgaria and translation specifics

In Bulgaria, a notary certifies only documents in Bulgarian or in parallel text that includes the Bulgarian version.

Once the notary has certified the required documents, they must also be apostilled.
