Restoring Deleted Company
You can restore your company in 3 years
If a legal entity has been deleted due to failure to submit an annual report or appoint a contact person, the entity may apply to be restored to the register within three years from the date of deletion.
If your company was deleted because of missing annual reports , these missing reports must be prepared and submitted during the restoring process.
If the cause of the deletion was missing contact person you either need to restore the contact or register Estonian address.

Supporting Services
There are different ways to sign documents
Whatever you do, almost always you need to sign some decision, application or authorization documents.
1. Signing documents with e-residency or Estonian ID card
2. Signing documents with EU Digital ID
3. Signing documents physically + notary certification + apostille.
Signing Options
Whatever process you initiate (company registration, liquidation, or registry amendments), the authenticity of your signature in documents must be identified.
There are three strong ways to sign documents that Estonian officials accept.
-
1. Estonian e-residents and residents
All e-residents and ID card owners can digitally sign documents, log in to the Estonian Business Register, and directly file registry amendments by themselves.
-
2. EU digital identity/signature users
Documents signed by EU digital Identity users (with “Qualified Electronic Signature”) are, in most cases, accepted by Estonian officials.
Using EU Digital ID for registry amendments is a bit different compared to e-residents, but it is still a relatively easy way to manage your company.
-
3. Notary certification + apostille
If previous options are not available, documents must be signed physically, and the signature(s) must be certified by a notary. In most cases, an apostille (stamp) must be added to the document.
