Manage your Estonian company registry amendments
with your national or international digital signature
General information
You don’t need to be an Estonian resident or e-resident ID cardholder to manage your Estonian company and sign documents digitally.
If documents are signed digitally according to eIDAS Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 and the given signature meets the “Qualified Electronic Signature” security level, then Estonian Business Register must accept them in the context of Estonian company registry amendments.
In Poland, there are qualified trust service providers. For example the Polish app eDO or Bank-Issued Digital Identity mojeID, which is a key digital identity and authentication system widely used in Poland. There are also other service providers who can verify your digital signature at the same “highest”level.
It is important to know that when signing Estonian company registry amendment documents in this way, you need to be aware of two things:
Once the documents are signed, it is advisable to check the validity and strength of the signatures before submitting these documents to the Estonian Business Register.
Submitting these documents to the Business Register does not work exactly the same way as it does with e-Residency or via notary.

How it works
To file registry amendments, in most cases, you need to sign digitally:

Application for filing registry amendments*
Upon your request, we:
Evaluate what documents are needed to file planned registry amendments.
Give you the cost estimation.
Prepare the required document(s) (EST/ENG) for signing.
Send you the URL link to each document to be signed digitally in the dedicated portal.
Give you support and guidance to complete the registry amendments.
*Instead of the application, you can sign the Power of Attorney to somebody who can log in to the Estonian Business Register and submit the application
Timeframe
The preparation work can usually be done in a few days or weeks, depending on the complexity of the task.
The Estonian Business Register must file amendments or send you a ruling about problems within five working days of submitting the application.
Service fee
Depending of the task the service cost is usually 200 - 600 EUR.
All prices are given ex VAT. VAT will be added depending on the payer’s details.
All prices include a reasonable amount of jobs related to the preparation of documents and guidance.
If there is a significant unexpected additional job, the service provider has the right to charge for it additionally.
